A Carpet & Rug is influenced by width and number of warp and weft, pile height, knots used, and knot density. Complete process in-house as well as a highly capable design studio.
We use fine quality of Indian, blended / pure New Zealand wool, rayon, viscose, silk, hemp and cotton to name a few.
Artisans weave the rugs from a provided rug map.
We have own good looms in our campus for the production of handmade rugs.
Before being sent to you, your rugs will be washed using fresh water and eco-friendly household detergent.
This is one of the most important processes in the Rugs/Carpets manufacturing processes. For stretching we have a sound infrastructure in our own campus.
Finishing is the final step of the manufacturing process that gives the carpets the final desirable characteristics, including enhanced appearance and perfection.
